No complaints at all
It was a super simple process. I really needed a replacement for my retainers so I took advantage of their Bogo special. The putty is really easy to work with and the finished product fits perfectly. I've been able to wear them to bed and at work and I don't have any complaints so far.

Fast turnaround and very easy process! The whole process was well done and very reasonably priced. The dental impression kit is the same stuff the professional dentists uses. Making the impression itself was a bit easier than I expected. It was especially helpful that the instructions included links to a how-to video.The turnaround to received the retainer from BiteKnight was 13 days flawless fitting retainer .

The first sets I recieved were soooo tight I thought I was not going to get them off. They remade them and now they are perfect.
