Shipping Policy
Shipping for all US orders is provided at no extra cost (it is included in your total order price). Please contact us to learn about shipping costs in other countries; this has become very difficult in the past few years but sometimes we can accommodate international shipping for an additional fee.
In most cases, there are three shipments associated with each order:
- We ship an impression kit to you upon placing your order. This kit includes all required supplies for you to take impressions of your upper and/or lower teeth (depending on the product you choose), including extra supplies in case you need to re-make an impression.
- You ship your completed impressions back to BITEKNIGHT. All of our impression kits come with a pre-paid shipping label and envelope to return your impressions to our lab. Because shipping is pre-paid, you only need to bring the envelope containing your impressions to the carrier facility or mailbox. If you lose the envelope with the prepaid label, simply email us at support@biteknight.com and we will email you another printable shipping label.
- We ship you the completed appliance. This is the final shipment and will complete your order.
PLEASE NOTE: FedEx and UPS generally cannot deliver to PO boxes. While there are some exceptions to this, we ask that you provide a physical shipping address to which the carrier can deliver. If you forget to do this during the order process, we will contact you upon receiving your order to see if you would like to change the address.
If you do not have a mailing address to which FedEx or UPS can deliver, we will ship your items via the USPS, either Priority or First Class service.
Once the impression(s) are received in our lab, it takes up to 1 week to produce your appliance and ship it to you, depending on order volumes. Most orders are completed within a few days.
In some cases, you may require additional impression supplies. If this occurs, simply email us at support@biteknight.com and we will send you additional supplies at no extra cost.
If you wish for us to make any adjustments to your appliance after receiving it, simply email us at support@biteknight.com and we will send you a label to return the appliance to our lab. There is no additional charge for the return shipping, the adjustments to your appliance, or shipment of the adjusted appliance back to you.
