Returns

If you need to return your guard for any reason, you may do so by first contacting us and explaining the reason for the return. When your return is approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label for your returned item(s). The following are the distinct steps for any product return:

  • Contact BITEKNIGHT by email (support@biteknight.com) or phone (901-290-6270) to let us know the reason for the return.
  • When your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions and a shipping label to return any products.
  • If the purpose of your return is to exchange your appliance for a different style, we will let you know whether any additional teeth impressions are required, and will provide shipment details for the additional impression supplies. There is no fee for an exchange within 30 days of receving your appliance, except the difference in price between the appliances (if any). In addition, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to return your original appliance. There will be no charge to you for this shipping label.
  • If the purpose of your return is for an adjustment, we will email you a shipping label to return the original guard for adjustment. There will be no charge to you for this adjustment or for the return shipping label if you notify us within 30 days of receiving your appliance.
  • If your order includes any special customizations or other special items not included as part of the product offerings listed on this website, these are not eligible for return or refund.
