Refunds

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your appliance to request a refund and initiate the return process.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if you wish to return your appliance within 30 days of receiving it for any reason, you will receive a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the appliance to BITEKNIGHT.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

 

1. Contact BITEKNIGHT by email (support@biteknight.com) or phone (901-290-6270). If your order is qualified to receive a refund, we’ll provide instructions for the return shipment, including a pre-paid and addressed shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.

     


    2. Ship the item back to us, following the instructions provided.

       


      3. When your item is received, we will issue a refund and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We will initiate the refund within 1 business day of receiving your item.

       

       

      We will deduct shipping charges from the refund amount. Shipping charges are approximately $30 on most orders. 

       

      We require that you send us pictures of your impressions before returning them to us. Instructions for sending these pictures are included in the instructions that come in each kit and reminders  are sent in emails throughout the order process as well. This step is critical in ensuring that your impressions are sufficient to make properly fitting appliances. If you do not send in pictures of your impressions we will deduct the costs of the impression kit from the refund if we are subsequently unable to make the appliances or get replacement impressions. We will not deduct impression kit costs if you do send in pictures of your impressions.

         

         

        Our payment processor may take up to 10 days to issue the refund, though it is usually a much shorter period. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your payment method as well.

        Damages & Shipping Issues

        Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the appliance is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
