Overall great company

This is going to be a pretty long review. My daughter just got her braces off a few months ago and shortly after she had left her retainers somewhere our puppy was able to get them and he of course chewed them up. It was going to cost another $500 that we would have had to pay right then for them to make her another set. Ridiculous after saying over $5000 for her braces as it was so I searched online for somewhere else we could get them. Initially I was looking for a different orthodontist that would be cheaper but I came across this company and they had an AMAZING deal but I was a little skeptical. After reading some reviews and websites that rate companies online on their trustworthiness and whether or not they believe they are scams or not I decided to give it a shot and order her retainers. I'll admit I was a little scared that we might have wasted our money and got scammed, they would be cheap quality, or that with doing our own impressions at home they wouldn't fit and be unusable. But I was happily mistaken and they were great! The retainers we received were great quality, just as good as the ones my daughter got from the orthodontist, and fit her perfectly. We received the stuff for the molds in 2 days and after sending the pictures of the molds support let us know one of the impressions wasn't good enough so we had to do it again. This happened a couple times and when we ran out of the putty they sent us more as well as a smaller sized tray to see if that was the problem. Now here is where the only hiccup happened and the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5, after waiting another week and a half we hadn't received the stuff they were supposed to be shipping out to us the same day or the very next day. I emailed support again and they realized that it somehow got missed and never shipped out so they quickly shipped it out to us and we received it in 2 days again. The tray was the issue and we finally had good useable impressions for both top and bottom and shipped them out immediately. For them to be made and shipped to us took about 2- 2 1/2 weeks. The whole process from placing the order to finally receiving the retainers took almost 2 months which wasn't ideal since my daughter had so recently gotten her braces off and was supposed to wear her retainers at all times other than eating or drinking anything other than water for 3 months and we were really worried about her teeth shifting but this lengthy process was mostly due to not having a small enough tray for her top impressions and then the error delaying the new tray and extra putty. If it weren't for that I really believe it would have been much faster as it was only about roughly 3 weeks for us to receive the first impression kit, ship back the molds, have the retainers made and shipped to us, and for us to receive the retainers. So if you are thinking about ordering from Biteknight and are skeptical like I was, DON'T BE! Save yourself some money and the headache of dealing with the orthodontists and order the retainers you won't be disappointed!!

Great Product!

So happy with my purchase. Affordable and great quality! Customer service was excellent as well. They were able to make a retainer from the mold my orthodontist gave me after my treatment and promptly shipped. :)

We were quoted $600 from our orthodontist to replace two retainers and got the same thing for $125. Very quick response time for input on the impressions.

They fit perfect !!! Love them! I was scared they weren’t gonna fit because I did my molds the same day I got my braces off and it took about 7-9 days to get to me a fit perfect!!! They also give you a retainer case for anyone wondering because I did!!!!!

Great fit and Customer Service!

I bought two full sets of retainers from bite night during their buy one get one sale. I was not disappointed! The impression kit came quickly and had everything I needed to complete the impression. Unfortunately, my bottom set of didn’t fit perfectly the first time so I emailed the support team and they paid for me to send in a new impression of my bottom teeth and get them redone. I have now received the new bottom impressions back and both the top and bottom retainers fit flawlessly. I will definitely be buying them again if I need to in the future!

Good value

My experience with BiteKnight was pretty good for the most part. The quality was on a point but not perfect, there were some hard edges that could've been smoothed down before being shipped to me. The shipping was pretty quick, took about 10 days in total I think. Definitely a good value for this price!

Amazing!

I recently lost my retainers and didn’t want to purchase two piece of plastic for 300-500 dollars an my local orthodontist especially as a broke college student. Eventually, I found this company who did it for so cheap (and you get an extra for free)! I was a little skeptical at first because of the price but bought it anyways because I couldn’t find a better deal than this. And it was fantastic! Biteknight communicated with me amazingly throughout the whole process and answered all of my questions. The whole process took around 2 weeks which is pretty fast considering the back and forth shipping. And the quality is like any pairs of retainers you get from an orthodontist. I will definitely recommend my friends and family in the future!

Fit perfect, nice strengthened plastic, feels great. Easy to communicate with the site and they send reminders about how to make the impressions.

Finding this company was amazing! I had already spent triple the amount of money for just retainer when my son broke his then when he broke two pieces, I decided to go looking elsewhere besides the orthodontist office and I’m so glad I did. I wasn’t sure about it at first, but after speaking with the gentleman on the phone, I felt a little better, so I went ahead and ordered them pretty easy and they checked in with me all the time to make sure things were going smoothly. Couldn’t be happier.
