I've used Smile Direct Club for retainers for over three years and I recently had a horrible experience with them. I decided to try BiteKnight for my new Retainers because of the pricing. When I first received my retainer from BiteKnight, the fit was really tight to my teeth and I was unable to seat it fully. I reached out to customer service and got a call back the next day. He let me know another ordered was submitted for redoing it. This only took a week or so, and the retainer once I got it, couldn't be any perfect. I’m happy with the final result.

I have used BITEKNIGHT for my first retainer after getting my braces off and they work extremely well! They fit perfectly and haven't changed color. It doesnt bother me when i have them in all day.

No complaints at all
It was a super simple process. I really needed a replacement for my retainers so I took advantage of their Bogo special. The putty is really easy to work with and the finished product fits perfectly. I've been able to wear them to bed and at work and I don't have any complaints so far.
